Choose the service that fits your hive
- One-Time Hive Visit: Get up to 45 minutes with a local beekeeper for an inspection, troubleshooting, or hands-on guidance. Bring your questions, and we’ll help you understand what’s happening in your hive and identify next steps.
- NUC + Installation: Start with a nucleus colony—a small, established colony with a queen, workers, and brood—and hands-on help transferring it into your prepared hive. Hive equipment is purchased separately.
- Mated Queen: A queen that has already mated, ready for introduction to a colony that needs a queen. Successful introduction depends on the colony’s condition and acceptance. Arrives in plastic cage with sugar plug.
- Unmated Queen: A virgin queen that will need to complete mating flights before she begins laying. Arrives in plastic cage with sugar plug.

C+C’s bees come from locally raised colonies and swarms caught here in Arkansas. We raise bees from calm-tempered Arkansas colonies, but do not perform genetic testing to identify lineage, so we don’t label them as Italian, Buckfast, or another specific stock.
