Kombucha
Brewed by Co-op Member Cristie, our kombucha is naturally tangy and known for its gut-friendly properties, thanks to live cultures created during fermentation. Lightly fizzy, refreshing, and made with simple ingredients.
Mead (21+ only)
Our mead is a fermented honey beverage made for grown-ups. Crafted slowly using local honey, it reflects traditional fermentation methods and seasonal experimentation.

This is a donation-based offering. Funds raised directly support educational programming focused on fermentation, including workshops, demonstrations, and community learning opportunities.
