Summer Beekeeping Camp

Learning doesn't stop when school ends...we just move outside! Reserve a spot for your young beekeeper beefore the hive is full. 

This FREE 1-week camp serves all children from kindergarten to 8th grade. Daily activities will run from 8:30 to 11am and include snacks but no meals. 

• June 12th through 16th: 5th Grade to 8th Grade

• June 14th through 16th:  Kindergarten to 4th Grade

**Pick up and drop off will be at 3314 S. Arch St. in the South End neighborhood of Little Rock**

Got a high school student? They can Apprentice!

9th Grade through Recent Graduates will receive a workbook to complete while they serve as support during the camp. After camp ends, they can continue beekeeping with us all summer!

Build bee boxes, practice inspecting hives, and install a new hive you can visit all summer and fall... Participants will work in teams to develop an understanding of the interconnectedness between urban agriculture and beekeeping.
